Every entry below is a campaign we have fingerprinted in the wild, with its time window, scale, behaviour class and confidence tier. The monthly narration lives in the measured reports; this is the citation target they point at. New entries publish as campaigns qualify — a quiet month publishes nothing, and that is the system working, not a content gap.
