The Abuse Desk Log: october-2026.
0 abuse reports filed — 0 bot instances fingered
abuse reports filed with hosting providers
bot instances fingerprinted and reported
providers who acknowledged or acted
Every botnet we fingerprint gets reported to its hosting provider's abuse desk, with evidence. VM ranges cost money to rebuild, so every range a provider kills slows the campaign — sinking starves them, reporting removes them.
Providers are named here only when their abuse desk acknowledges or acts. Unacknowledged filings stay aggregate: we publish our correspondence record, not accusations. Response rates are reported exactly as they are — most desks ignore most reports, and pretending otherwise would make the log worthless.

Filings appear here after a 30-day hold — live filings would tell the farm which of their infrastructure is burned. Counts are exact; provider names require acknowledgment.
Detail that would teach the attacking farm what we can see — fingerprints, source IPs, target properties — is aggregated or held back 30 days. Counts are always exact.
