Two related flows: claiming a domain into your account, and recovering access to a purchase.
Claiming a domain
If a domain is already protected under another arrangement — agency, previous owner, a company purchase — use Claim in the dashboard. Claims are verified by email before anything binds: a one-time activation link goes to the address on the order, and the plan attaches only when that link is clicked from the inbox.
Recovering access
Lost the email thread with your invoice? Use the recovery link on the checkout page with your invoice ID and we’ll email a fresh claim link to the purchase address.
Magic links generally
Sign-in is passwordless: we email a link, you click it, you’re in. If a link doesn’t arrive, check spam, then request a fresh one — repeat requests within five minutes are deduplicated so your inbox isn’t flooded. Links are single-use.
