Your triage lists
Triage is the heart of the product: three lists, and every item can move both directions. Open Triage next to any domain in your dashboard.
Review → your queue
Items that can’t be called automatically land here. Work the list: Sink what you don’t trust, Keep what you know is real. There is no deadline — review items are neither blocked nor endorsed while they wait.
Sunk → reversible
Anything in the Sunk list is blocked on your account. Made a mistake, or we did? One click moves it to Keep and it’s unblocked on your account. Your Keep always stands on your account. A row marked EDGE REGISTRY RETAINED is different: your tenant assessment is green, but the separate estate-wide edge registry has not been changed.
Moving a link between lists
Every row in the triage view (Dashboard → Triage) carries the move buttons for its current list. The moves, in plain terms:
- Sunk → Review: puts the link back in your Review queue and unblocks it on your account while it waits there. Use this when you’re not sure — you want another look before deciding, not a permanent Keep. Nothing is lost; sink it again with one click if your second look says no.
- Sunk → Keep: unblocks it for good on your account. Your Keep always stands — The Triage will not re-sink it. The estate registry is a separate layer and is never silently rewritten by this action.
- Review → Sink: blocks it on your account from the moment you click.
- Review → Keep: marks it good; it will not be re-flagged on your account.
- Keep → Sink: changes your mind later; blocked on your account.
Moves take effect on your account immediately and are logged in your audit history, so you can always see what moved, when, and which way.
Keep → re-sinkable
Your Keep list is yours to edit. If a “legitimate” source starts spraying you, sink it yourself — for your account, immediately.
Green assessments → the complete good-link corpus
Keep is not limited to rows you clicked yourself. The green assessor also adds evidence-backed good hosts and URLs: clean provider data plus independent confirmation, real page content, relevance to your property, and no campaign-wave or negative tells. A GREEN score and its reason appear beside those rows. Every automatic verdict change is audit-logged and reversible.
Individually kept URLs appear in their own section when their parent host remains sunk, so a good page on a mixed host is still part of your good-link corpus. EDGE REGISTRY RETAINED means the green assessment is tenant-level evidence only; it does not silently remove the host from the separate estate edge registry.
Filters → find false calls quickly
On Sunk and Keep, use Filter to search every universal and custom tag, with include or exclude mode. You can also include or exclude a TLD and limit results to hard evidence or exclude it.
Comment Spam marks post-2015 comment-page backlinks outside genuine forum and chat hosts. Explicit link-selling and rank-manipulation titles — for example buying aged domains, building rank, backlink packages and guest-post services — add Spam and Negative SEO evidence. These evidence classes sink unprotected rows; manual KEEP decisions still win. Internal admin triage additionally displays stored DR and supports a DR range; that internal provider metric is not exposed to customer accounts. Possible false sinks surfaces low-threat, green, authoritative and niche-relevant rows for another look. Possible false keeps does the reverse: high-threat scores and negative tags inside Keep. Confirm sunk closes a false-sink audit item without changing its SUNK verdict or removing it from Sunk; you can still switch it to Keep later. On Possible false keeps, Confirm keep closes the audit item without changing KEEP, while Sink changes the verdict and closes it. Both audit views work per URL: act on one candidate and it disappears; the host leaves when no unresolved candidates remain. These are audit shortcuts, not automatic verdicts — open the evidence and make the call.
Why your calls matter
Your verdicts and the green assessments form a per-account, per-site and per-URL training set: legitimate examples as well as threats. Your manual verdicts are per-account overlays on a global graph: one user sinking a domain doesn’t force it on anyone else. But when many users independently sink the same source, that’s the strongest signal we get — it becomes a global sink candidate. The network gets smarter with every call any user makes.
